Hi! I’m Wiebke – a yoga teacher, nutrition enthusiast, and mother. I combine my experience in yin yoga, prenatal & postpartum movement, and mindfulness to create classes, workshops, and mini-retreats that help women feel grounded, nourished, strong, and more at home in their bodies.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and inclusive - whether you are pregnant, navigating postpartum life, or simply looking for a mindful practice to nourish yourself.
